- Provides record of board meetings and post them to web site.
- Sends correspondence as needed.
- Maintains corporation and not-for-profit documentation.
- Maintains overall activities calendar.
- Consults attorney as needed on behalf of the board

| Director of Education (Fred Baltz) |
- Chairs the education committee
- Finds and teaches resource people
- Contributes ideas and information for programs and displays
- Responsible for biblical/theological concepts and quality control
- Gives assistance and guidance to other directors as needed

| Director of Planning and Implementation (Fred

- Chairs planning and implementation committee
- Oversees model building and other projects
- Identifies resources to facilitate the creation of all displays and
programs
- Works closely with the director of education to ensure biblical/theological
integrity
- Works closely with the director of education to ensure authenticity

- Chairs finance committee
- Maintains overall budget
- Pays all bills Collects and deposits contributions
- As required computerizes accounting
- Sends out statements of contributions

- Works with other Outside Organizations
- Works Closely with City Officials other outside entities
- Finds Volunteers for building related needs
- Creates Subcommittees as needed
- Maintains inventory of displays/storage of displays

- Chairs the marketing and communications committee
- Maintains program calendar
- Finds volunteers for maintaining web site and other communications
needs
- Issues press releases to churches, newspapers for BA events
- Creates ways of effective communication signs, fliers, radio, & TV,
etc.

- Chairs the fund raising committee
- Presents and promotes Bible Alive to local, tri-state, state, national
audiences
- Actively creatively seeks funds from potential contributors
