Minutes: The minutes of the November meeting were approved as written.

Financial: Savings-$101. Checking-$1249.34. BA will pay church $1000. All financial items have been entered into Q books.

Old Business:
1. 501C-3, Hans to discuss what else he needs.
2. Nothing new on Boy Scouts.
3. Post Card Project-we have received an additional $195. Cards and other items will be taken to the dinner Sunday night, Dec 10.
4. The dinner at the Desoto House is all set. A 30 minute social hour will begin at 5:30pm. A total of 44 people are coming. Chuck will give a brief welcome, followed by a short talk about what BA is by Pastor. Then dinner, and after dinner, Pastor will give his book review on Herod.
5. Pastor gave the sky show to the Mount Morris Group, and they plan to return.
6. Pastor suggested that the following items be considered for Sinsinuwa-Ark of the Convenant, High Priest, and the Tabernackle.

New Business:
1. A group of 30 children is coming to view the star show on Dec 19.
2. Dec 17 will be a special open house for the vendors that helped with the building addition.
3. Dancing fund raiser-will be held at Sinsinuwa in late January or February.
4. Plans for the future: Bible fair in the spring, and the cemetery walk in the fall. Such events will be put on the website calendar.
