Present: Pastor Baltz, Judy and Bill Cormack, Chuck Stork, Dick Jones, Ken Voigt.

Absent: Roger Johnson, Mary Hill, Rebecca McIntrye, and Fabi Voigt.

Minutes: December minutes were approved as written.

Financial: Savings-$101.18, Checking $1494.48. The committee agreed that $1000 should be put in reserve to be used later this year for rent to the Church. Financials were approved.

Old Business: The dinner at the Desoto House together with the presentation on the book Herod was well attended and most enjoyable. A special thanks to the Cormack's for their financial contribution that made the event "break even". The committee agreed that a Christmas event should be considered for each year.

-501C-3-The following motion was adopted and approved: "Now therefore, we the Board of Directors of Bible Alive hereby resolve and adopt as the policy of Bible Alive the Conflict of Interest Policy noted as Exhibit A. Exhibit A is attached to these minutes. The following members of the Board signed the document: Pastor Baltz, Chuck Stork, Dick Jones, Bill Cormack (for Roger Johnson), and Ken Voigt.
Pastor reported that Thrivent should be very supportive of our Bible Alive program once the 501C-3 is in force.

-Dance lessons, at the earliest, would be held in late spring or early summer, after confirmation.

New Business: At the March 7 meeting, committee members should come prepared to put together a calendar for 2007 fund raisers.

-Bill will follow up with the appropriate people to determine if St Matthew is on the Boy Scout tour list. If so, we should receive a fee of $300. Prior to this April event, we need to decide if concessions will be provided.

-A decision was made to spend either $30 or $60 to advertise BA in the Gallenian. Pastor agreed to put together a little article.

-Mary Hill is thinking about a Christmas Play.

-A decision was made to take the following exhibits to Sinsinuwa: Ark, Hi Priest, and the Tabernacle. In addition copies of the Gallenian will be available as advertising for BA.

Pastor's Corner: Pastor is currently working on a new script for the "Star Show".
The following projects are IP: Addition to the Temple Project, Abraham and Jeremiah figurines.
