Minutes: March Minutes were approved.

Financials: Approved. The checking account balance is $1452.66 and the savings balance was $101.36.

Old Business: We will not participate in the Grant Pilgrimage this year. The Church is not a scheduled stop.
-Judy is willing to coordinate another jewelry sale. Date to be determined.
-The Jesus Family Tomb presentation by Pastor went well. Another presentation might be made in May.
-In the May/June time frame a new star creation show on the book of Revelation will be ready for presentation.
-A suggestion was made to create a new set of "cards". Fabi will coordinate with Tom Friedl.
-July 4th-use a flat bed trailer or hay rack in lieu of the chariot. The display on the float would be Pharaoh on his throne. The theme would be "Let My People Go". At the May meeting we will have plans for this theme.
-December Event-to be determined.
-Cook Book-Fabi will contact Mary Hill.
-World "premier" in the summer.

New Business: Fabi to coordinate a "cleansing project".
-Screening for medical tests. Income from this event would be "renting" of the Church facilities.

Pastor's Corner: 3 pictures have been ordered. Thrivent will reimburse for the entire cost.
-Pastor sent a letter to the "Lutheran" requesting that BA be promoted in the magazine.
-A suggestion was made to put an ad in the Lutheran for BA items like T-shirts and hats.
